Invoices and payment status

A private invoice link is confidential and may expire or be replaced. An invoice page is not proof of payment. A receipt is provided only after the billing team verifies a settled transaction. Provider checkout availability, supported payment methods and any applicable fees depend on the merchant account and its terms.

Refunds and disputes

Refund eligibility, delivery stages and dispute procedures follow the written proposal or signed agreement. Contact billing with your invoice number; do not send card details by email or forms.
