Data Deletion Instructions

To delete personal data we hold about you (website forms or WhatsApp Business messaging), use one of the methods below.
Option 1 — Email
Email zayd@threezero.agency with subject “Data deletion request”. Include your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number used with us, and a clear request to delete your data.
Option 2 — WhatsApp
Message our business WhatsApp and send: delete my data, plus the same identifying details so we can find your records.
What happens next
We verify identity, then delete or anonymize your data (except records we must keep by law, e.g. invoices). Verified requests are completed within 7 business days, or we will notify you if longer is required.
Limits
Legal retention, fraud prevention, and third-party platforms (e.g. Meta/WhatsApp) have their own rules for data already processed there.
