1. About us

We provide Shopify/e-commerce, brand identity, Meta ads, WhatsApp bots, custom websites, 3D animation, UI/UX, email & SMS marketing, and AI agents from Lahore, Pakistan.

2. Website use

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access or abuse the service. Site content is informational and not a binding offer unless confirmed in writing.

3. Services & agreements

An inquiry or WhatsApp message does not create a client contract. Projects are defined by a separate proposal, SOW, invoice, or contract. That document controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

4. Payment

Fees and schedules are in your proposal/invoice. Work may require a deposit. Late payment may pause delivery. Taxes may apply as required by law.

5. Refunds & cancellation

Custom work: deposits are generally non-refundable once work starts (unless law or written agreement says otherwise). Mid-project cancellation: fees for completed work and non-recoverable costs remain due.

6. Client responsibilities

Provide timely feedback, accurate information, access, and assets. You warrant rights to materials you supply.

7. Intellectual property

We retain pre-existing tools and know-how. Upon full payment, you receive ownership or license to final deliverables as stated in the project agreement. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. WhatsApp bots & AI disclaimer

WhatsApp bots and assistants may be AI-powered automated systems that qualify leads and reply. Outputs can be incomplete or wrong. They are not a substitute for human judgment on legal, medical, or financial matters. You must comply with Meta/WhatsApp policies for messaging features we build for you.

9. Third-party platforms

We rely on Meta, WhatsApp, Shopify, hosts, payments, and AI vendors. We are not responsible for their outages or policy changes outside our control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability for a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement in the prior three months, unless a written contract sets another cap.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Lahore, Pakistan have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.

12. Changes & contact
